Angie Leeper

Angie Leeper is originally from Gastonia, North Carolina and relocated to Greensboro in 2004 where she joined Allen Tate Realtors in March 2004.

As a Realtor/Sales Associate with Allen Tate, her job includes assisting home buyers with the entire purchase process of residential properties as well as assisting sellers with the sale and marketing of their property. Mrs. Leeper specializes in negotiating contracts, coordinating loan applications with a wide variety of lenders, scheduling the "closing" with attorney, preparing accounts payable after closing, maintaining a high level of quality inventory, designing advertising layouts, maintaining client data and providing professional follow up. Prior to working with Allen Tate, Angie worked with Coldwell Banker/Black and Whisnant and Prudential Carolinas Realty in Gastonia, NC beginning in August 1997.

Angie has received numerous accolades throughout her real estate career, including: Indoctornation into the Allen Tate Realtors Master Circle for 2007/2008/2009, Allen Tate Winners Circle 2006, the William D. Seawell, Sr. Public Service Award by the Greensboro Regional Realtor Association, Vice President and Board of Directors Member to the Homes4NC Organization, Guilford County School Volunteer, and Junior Achievement of North Carolina volunteer. Angie left Allen Tate to focus on Marathon Property Solutions in 2011.

Angie enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and exercising.

Angie and Neal Leeper married June 15, 2014.

Angie has two daughters and one step daughter, Logan, age 14, Emily, age 24, Greysen, age 11, a dog named Dingo, and two cats: Sassy and Coaster.
