We manage design teams, clients, contractors, and vendors to see development projects through from concept to completion. As a project manager within the property sector, we work on behalf of our client and oversee all home repair and renovation projects from start to finish – or at any point in between.
Marathon Property Solutions connects general contractors and property owners. We work with our team of contractors in order to make sure that your home repair or renovation is completed on time and under budget! We provide regular project updates, and fees are negotiable based on the scope of the project. We understand the stress that a home repair or renovation project can put on a rental homeowner, especially if it is a large project that requires the home to remain vacant for some time. We know that investment properties that are off the market and not being leased are not making money, so it is important to get projects completed within their estimated timelines.
Marathon provides in-person checks every ninety (90) days to ensure that your property is being well maintained. We check and replace air filters, check water heaters for wear and signs of leaking. We also do a general check of the property in order to catch any small issues before they become large or expensive.
If we catch any issues that need to be addressed, we will note them, the scope, and the cost of repairs before discussing them with the property owners. Most minor issues are fixed quickly and with minimal hassle, allowing the properties to stay on the market and continue to generate revenue
